When you complete the contact form on our website we collect: your name, company or studio name, work email, role, country and project location, and the contents of your message. Submitting the form is voluntary; without this information we cannot process your inquiry.
If you contact us directly via email, telephone or WhatsApp we process the contact information you provide and the contents of the conversation for the purpose of answering your inquiry and managing the project.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically processes technical data when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, date and time of access. This data is processed solely for the purpose of operating the website securely, preventing abuse and producing aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. Log data is retained by the hosting provider in accordance with its standard retention periods.
The legal basis under GDPR is Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligations) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating the website securely). Under Swiss law the processing is based on the equivalent grounds under the revFADP.
We share your data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Where we share data with manufacturers, freight forwarders or installers located outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, we do so on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards required by Swiss data protection law.
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to answer your inquiry and, if a project follows, for the duration of the contract plus the statutory retention period (10 years under Swiss accounting law for transaction records). Data submitted but not followed by a project is deleted within 24 months.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and, where applicable, to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the EU, with your national supervisory authority.
