How it works
A single, accountable process. A typical residential project runs 12–20 weeks from approved specification to completed installation.
Specification review
You send your design package — floor plans, elevations, moodboards, FF&E schedules. We review every item and flag discontinued models, unrealistic lead times, budget mismatches or products that do not ship to your destination. 3–5 working days.
3–5 working days
Selection & alternatives
For every specified item we confirm availability, current pricing and lead time. Where a product is discontinued or over budget, we propose alternatives. Nothing is substituted without your approval.
1 week
Quotation
One quote covering all items, grouped by room or category. It includes factory price, trade discount (30–50% off retail), our procurement fee and a consolidated total. Freight and customs are shown separately at cost — not included in the furniture price. No hidden charges.
2–3 days
Order & production
50% deposit, then we place orders with each factory. 6–16 weeks production depending on brand and customization. We track milestones with every factory. On larger projects, we inspect at the factory before shipment.
6–16 weeks
Logistics & customs
Consolidated shipment from our logistics hub in Northern Italy. EU delivery is straightforward; for the US, UK and Middle East we prepare customs documentation and coordinate import clearance. Freight and duties are billed separately at cost, and duties are set by the destination country. Balance due before shipment.
1–4 weeks
White-glove delivery
Unpacking, assembly, placement to your floor plan, packaging removal and a walkthrough. If anything is damaged in transit, we handle the claim and replacement — you deal with us, not the factory or shipping company.
On schedule
Where the weeks go
Of the 12–20 weeks, the largest block is factory production: 6–16 weeks depending on brand and customization. Boffi kitchens and fully custom Poliform wardrobes sit at the long end (12–18 weeks); lighting from Flos or Artemide is usually fastest at 6–8 weeks. Quotation takes 1–2 weeks up front, shipping and delivery 2–4 weeks at the end.
